IQF Tunnel Freezer
Tunnel freezer is a quick freezing machine with simple structure and reliable operation. It is widely used for IQF freezing of aquatic products, pastry, meat products, dairy products, prepared foods, etc. It can be customized on design and manufacturing according to customers’ demands and room limitation.

Food enters the tunnel freezer through a stainless steel mesh belt.
02.
The cold air system lowers the food temperature, allowing the food to quickly pass through the zone of maximum ice crystal formation to prevent cell damage.
03.
The food is evenly cooled in the tunnel and reaches the set freezing temperature (usually below -18°C).
04.
The frozen food is automatically transported to the packaging or storage stage.
